I’m SEVEN — a ritualist, life coach, massage therapist, and intuitive guide based in Columbia, SC (by way of Camden). Since 2020, I’ve devoted my life to helping others come home to themselves through embodiment, energetic clarity, and self-designed power.

As a devoted student of psychology, astrology, Human Design, and massage therapy, I’ve built my practice around one truth:
The mind, body, and spirit are not separate.
They are a system — and when aligned, they become a revolution.

MY CALLING

It is my calling to do this work.

I have a gift for reflecting people back to themselves — for uncovering their natural strengths, their patterns, their soul language. I hold a mirror, not to fix, but to amplify what’s already true.

I believe that when one person returns to themselves, they ripple that frequency into their family, their business, their community. Strong people build strong worlds.

THE COLLECTIVE

Nexus Wellness was born from the foundation of The Sacred Temple — my original business rooted in handcrafted body care and soulful coaching.

What began as body butters and spiritual offerings evolved into Nexus Wellness, and now, into this current iteration: a sanctuary of nervous system wealth, sacred ritual, and inner alignment.

The Sacred Temple still lives beneath it all — as the energetic root.
Every massage, every reading, every ritual? Still offered in devotion to the temple within.
