I’m SEVEN, a ritualist, intuitive coach, massage therapist, and energy guide based in Columbia, SC (by way of Camden). Since 2020, I’ve devoted my life to helping people come home to themselves through embodiment, energetic clarity, and self-designed power.

 

As a devoted student of psychology, astrology, Human Design, and massage therapy, I’ve built my practice around one unwavering truth:

The mind, body, and spirit are not separate.

Ritual, for me, isn’t about routine, it’s about reverence.

It’s the daily act of coming into communion with your truth.

In our sessions, I guide you to listen to your own energy through touch, dialogue, and intuitive mapping. Together, we transform what your body whispers into clear direction and embodied clarity.

Nexus Wellness was born from The Sacred Temple, my first business. It was rooted in handcrafted body care and soulful coaching.

​

What began as body butters and spiritual offerings evolved into something much larger: a sanctuary of nervous system wealth, sacred ritual, and inner alignment.

​

The Sacred Temple still lives beneath it all, as the energetic root, the heartbeat beneath the brand.

​

Every massage, every reading, every ritual is still offered in devotion to that inner temple, the one that lives inside you.
