Welcome to Nexus Wellness! I am committed to providing high-quality massage therapy, mobile and virtual wellness services, as well as workshops and classes. By booking services or accessing my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required prior to all services. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been processed.

• Flexible payment options, including “buy now, pay later” plans, may be available at checkout.

• Massage services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. For example, if your session is at 7 PM, you may reschedule any time before 7 AM on the same day. Doing so allows your payment to be applied to a future service.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-transferable and considered forfeited.

• No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice may require full payment before you can rebook future services.

• Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your session being shortened or forfeited.

• Communication Matters: Life happens! Always let us know as soon as possible if changes arise—clear communication helps us provide the best experience for all clients.

3. Travel & Mobile Services

• Clients booking mobile massage must provide a clean, quiet, and safe environment with accessible parking.

• Travel fees apply for mobile services (see FAQs for explanation).

  • Local Travel (Within 30 Miles of Columbia, SC): No additional charge

  • Extended Travel (31–50 Miles): $50 travel fee

  • Long-Distance (51–100 Miles): $100 travel fee

  • Special Requests (100+ Miles): $150–$250 travel fee (based on location)

• Free on-site parking is available for in-studio sessions.

• Nexus Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Guest Policy & Restrooms

• No additional guests are allowed unless they are receiving services or are a caretaker of the client.

• Arrangements must be made prior to appointment if someone else is attending the appointment, otherwise services can be refused.

• Public restrooms are not available on-site. Please plan accordingly.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final—no refunds will be issued for completed services.

• If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will either reschedule a complimentary session or refer you to another therapist when appropriate.

6. Medical & Liability Disclaimer

• All massage services are provided by a licensed massage therapist but are not a substitute for medical care.

• Please consult your physician prior to booking if you have medical concerns.

• By booking, you acknowledge massage is a complementary wellness practice that does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

• Clients assume all risks associated with massage services. Nexus Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

• Nexus Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during sessions.

• Services may be refused or discontinued at any time if:

  • A client’s health condition makes the service unsafe.

  • A client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

7. Life Coaching Disclaimer

• Life coaching services are provided by a certified life coach for personal development, support, and guidance.

• Coaching does not replace professional mental health, legal, or medical advice.

• Outcomes may vary; clients are responsible for their own personal and professional decisions.

• Nexus Wellness is not liable for financial, personal, or professional results stemming from coaching sessions.

8. Accessibility Statement

At Nexus Wellness, I believe wellness should be accessible to all. While services are currently mobile and virtual, I strive to accommodate diverse client needs. If you require special accommodations, please contact me in advance so that we can ensure a safe and supportive experience.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
