My Story
Before I founded Nexus Wellness, I spent over a decade building a career in corporate health insurance, training and recruitment working hard, providing for my family, and doing what I thought was alignment.​
But success without soul will always ask for more than it gives.
Through astrology, Human Design, and sacred embodiment, I found my way back to myself. I learned that the body is not just a vessel but a compass.

Massage therapy became the bridge that connected the wisdom of my spirit with the language of my body. What started as The Sacred Temple evolved into Nexus Wellness, a sanctuary where I now help others do the same:
return to their rhythm, honor their truth, and live by their own divine design.
