My Mission is Plain
At Nexus Wellness, my mission is to be the missing link in your wellness journey.
I create a sanctuary where massage therapy, soulful guidance, and community care come together. My work is rooted in the belief that strong individuals build strong communities. True wellness begins with restoring balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and peace in the spirit.
I don’t just offer services.
I offer space — to pause, to breathe, to come home to yourself.
My Story
Call me SEVEN, yes, like the number.
I was born in Camden and now thrive in Columbia, SC. For over a decade, I worked in health insurance, corporate training, and recruiting for companies like Google and Meta — doing what I had to do to provide for my two sons. On the outside, I was accomplished. On the inside, I felt burnt out and disconnected.
My turning point came through spirituality, astrology, and Human Design. These systems helped me rediscover myself, break cycles of overwork, and learn to honor my natural rhythm. Massage therapy became the bridge — the missing link that brought my mind, body, and spirit into alignment.
Over time, I realized this wasn’t just a career shift. This is my Divine Assignment. I’m called to aid people through their tough spots and remind them that there are always options. Where others see walls, I help you see doors. Where life feels heavy, I help you come back home to your body, your breath, and your truth.
Nexus Wellness was born from that calling. What started as The Sacred Temple — a skincare line — evolved into a coaching practice, then a mobile wellness studio, and now, a rooted sanctuary in downtown Columbia.
This is more than my business.
